1. MEASURE YOUR FOOT
To measure your foot, stand up and place your bare foot on a white sheet of paper, with your heel firmly against a wall. Mark a line in front of the tip of your longest toe, then measure in centimeters the distance between the edge of the paper and the line.

If the length of your foot is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
It is also common to have one foot slightly larger than the other: in this case, always choose the size that fits the larger foot.
