On André.fr you have the right to try and change your mind!
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days for a worry-free purchase. 

To make a return, it's simple, log in to your customer account.

Deadline for returning an André product
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Return conditions for an André product
All items purchased on André.fr can be returned for any reason.
You will be automatically refunded and can order another size or model if you wish.

Please note, returned items must strictly comply with the following conditions:
they must never have been worn outside;
they must be in new condition;
- they must match the products originally delivered;
- they must be returned in their original packaging in good condition (shoe box not taped), all in a properly sealed package;
- they must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order;
- empty packaging will result in a refusal for any exchange or refund;

Your return may be refused if any of these common sense rules are not followed. 

Refund following a return

The return is processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Once the return is validated, we will proceed with the refund, which will be effective within 72 hours (maximum 5 days).
Your refund will be processed by crediting the payment method you used for the initial purchase.

Note: For refunds by credit card, interbank processing times may delay the actual credit back to your account by a few days. Additionally, if your credit card has a deferred payment, the credit will also be delayed. If your credit card is expired or expires this month, we will ask for your bank details when processing the return request, and the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Any return by mail will not be covered by André and will therefore be at your expense.
